SV Hunter rotation is not right #423

The recent revisions to the SV rotation added a lot of MM-only skills to the rotation. For example, Chimaera Shot, Kill Shot, etc. At the same time, the SV-specific skills that require the most planning (Black Arrow, Explosive Shot, Serpent Sting, Lock and Load, etc.) are either missing or have been placed at the very bottom of the rotation list.

I don't know enough about either LUA or SV to fix the issues, but I thought I would point them out nonetheless since I tried to spec SV and ended up switching back to MM immediately due to these issues.

the rotation is right.... there is no planing for black arrow, explosive shot .. both should be used on cooldown, like in the current rotation. there were some MM spells but jps ignores them in a sv rotation, I just forgot to remove them.

Ah, thanks for the comment. I am now having another issue though ... I will open a separate issue to keep things clean.
