Protection Pally #427

Now I know at one time this did work but I am getting No Rotations as a JPS selection

Says JPS: Online for your Protection Paladin and then says JPS does not have a rotation for your protection Paladin, even at level 35 It should still have spells it can detect.

Am I wording this wrong so its not being addressed?
