New badge "game": TONGO! Allows users to put badges into a pot (immediately removes from their inventory) and then when the game is complete it passes out randomized badges to each user.
Some other misc cleanup, and I'm gonna rename the 'AGIMUS' emoji on the hood to lowercase so that the WORD emojis are separated entirely, so this adds a rename for that so Aggy can still find them.
