DevList fetch from httpS #61

In der FHEM Community kam die Frage auf die DevList von httpS zu holen.

Ggf wäre die Implementierung gar nicht so komplex:

Nach etwas google könnte es reichen aus HTTPClient einen WiFiClientSecure zu machen.
