Feature request: Delayed start #1

I'd love to have the ability to set a delayed start. Sometimes scrolling as soon as the page loads causes data to scroll off the top before getting to fully consume it.

Just added the "enhancement" label to the issue. Still, doubt that any time soon I'll get to implement something like that. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
