migrate to zendesk apps framework v2 #15

zendesk is sunsetting apps framework v1: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004453028

They'll stop accepting v1 updates on March 1st 2018

Hey @jpalmieri! Are there any active plans to migrate this application, or is this open issue more of a notice for work needing to be done by someone looking to implement a pull request?

Hey! Sorry, I haven’t made time to update this. It must be past the due date by now, isn’t it?

Feel free to migrate it! A webpack/react setup was what I had in mind, but I’m not doing a great job at maintaining this project as-is, so I’m open to alternatives. It’s a relatively simple app anyway, so whatever the boilerplate offers should probably work.

And let me know if you’d like to take on the maintainer role! Thanks
