gnome-panel becomes invisible after wmii restarted #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run `gnome-panel` and move it to the floating layer. It will attach
itself to the top of the screen (kind of like wmii's status bar) and all
managed clients will adjust themselves to be below the gnome-panel.
2. Kill wmii and have your .xinitrc re-run it.

What is the expected output?

`gnome-panel` remains visible.

What do you see instead?

The area where `gnome-panel` previously appeared is empty. You can see the
desktop wallpaper in that area.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

To work around this problem, I have to kill and re-run `gnome-panel`.

I don't have this problem, although my gnome panel is set to open a bar each at
the
top and bottom of the screen.

%gnome-panel --version
GNOME gnome-panel 2.24.3

Hmm, I don't have gnome installed anymore, or use gnome-panel. So you can go
ahead
and close this. :-)
