Update the dashboard and internal navbar

Update the dashboard view to, for now, make it look like the dashboard in the getrepairs project where it contains the following:

Left sidebar contains the user's full name, photo, and initially the Posted Ads, Notifications.
The content section will contain a list of all the ads and the list user's recent posted ads.

Also, update the navbar so that links intended for logged in users will show up instead of the form. I guess you can put in the logout link in it for now.
