Allow users with multiple cars to switch between them easily #21

Now that there is the ability to select a vehicle at startup (for users with more than one car), there is a request to add an easy way to switch between cars.

While much of the framework is in the code to make this happen, I know it is incomplete and bound to have bugs. Since I have no way of testing this, I don't plan to work on this request any time in the foreseeable future.

For the time being, users can open multiple instances of VisibleTesla and point each one at a different vehicle.
