Implement "Export to KML" in the Trips tab #41

Allow a selected trip to be exported to KML. For extra credit, annotate each point on the path with additional data such as SOC, power, etc.

The first version of this was released in 0.25.02 on 2013-01-01. I'm sure there will be enhancement requests on this base functionality, but I'm going to close this request.
