Allow users to select a range of dates for the export of stats and locations.

Specific start/stop days, or: Last 7 days Last 14 days Last 30 days All

In as part of 0.25.03. I'll close the bug when it's released. In the course of adding this functionality I uncovered an error in the previous export code, so adding this was a good thing even for people who don't care about it.
