Add a mileage based notification #57

User Jason on tmc.com writes: "Curious, could you add a mileage field in notifications, that way one could put in a value and then when it goes over that you would get a notification. Say, for tire rotation or cabin air filter changes."

Interesting idea. The way notifications are currently implemented wouldn't work particularly well for this, but I'll add it to the list of requested features and think about alternative implementations.

You'll now be able to set a mileage target and get a notification the first time VT notices that you've past the target. This might be when it happens, or it may be the next time you run VT if it happens while VT is not running.
