10 years ago This was caused by a problem with Tesla's servers. They are working better now, but due to a change in their server, you'll need to update to the latest version (0.26.02) which was just released. 10 years ago Hi. Thanks for your quick reply. Have downloaded the new software and did a test drive with the car but still no trip info. All the other info seems to collect fine.

Hi. Have problems with trips missing. It looks like that all my trips done after 15 April are missing. Have tried to re install program and re loading it, but nothing seems to help. Have updated the car to 6.0 and updated java to latest edition.
The visibletesla program is running on a computer that is always on. The program also seems to freeze more often than before.
Is this a known issue? Are there anything that I could check?
I use the trip log very often as I need to log all my trips for work, and this program have made the logging MUCH easier than before.
