Allow users to enter a custom page that can be served up by the internal web server. This can either be an upload of a page or a code-editing UI element that allows the user to enter the page that way. It will actually not be a whole page, but rather the content area of the page. It will fit in below any header, footer, and sidebar on the page.

This is in 0.28.01, but slightly different than described above. There is a preference that allows the user to specify a URL (which can be a file:// URL) that specifies a root path to a location that contains custom pages.
