Add shift state and range to overview screen

A user made the following request via email:

Can you add the current drive status (Parked, In Drive, In Reverse) and Rated Range to the Overview tab?

Notes:

I don't want to add too much clutter to the Overview tab.
Maybe move the honk/flash lights/wake buttons to the menu?
If I add rated range, someone will ask for one of the other ranges instead. Make it a preference which range is shown.

Testing now. Should be in 0.29.00. The honk/flash/wake buttons have been moved to the menu.
