Update for Tesla 6.0 #92

This will require moving to a new version of TeslaClient. This task is about doing the basics to get up to speed with version 6 of the Tesla firmware. At the end of this task, VT should be able to do the same set of things that it did prior to the task. New features of 6.0 and the smartphone app may or may not be picked up along the way. For example, support for a new car color (Steel Grey) will be supported, but support for notifications on the car alarm probably won't (not clear if the new API supports that).

The work is done and in testing, but I'm having such instability with it I'm holding off from releasing it.

It's reached a plateau of stability given the failure rate of calls on the Tesla 6.0 server API. The pre-6 version has been tagged, so I'll push out the (massive) set of changes fairly soon.

This is technically in the version that has been published, but there is ongoing work on this so I will leave this open for now.
