Time to get rid of the "Collect location data" preference... #94

It was put in when the mechanism was experimental and now it's just a way for users to confuse themselves. Get rid of it for simplicity's sake.

I've rethought this and decided the option should remain. Given the rate throttling that appears to be happening with Tesla's servers, users should have the ability to turn this off in order to try and remain "unthrottled". If the situation improves in the future and there is no longer a need for this option, it can be removed at that point.
