ECAL cluster shape variables are empty #307

It seems the cluster shape variables for ECAL are not yet filled.

It looks like the PFRecHit->depth() is always 1 for ECAL hits, so the features with depth 2, 3, 4+ are not set. https://github.com/jpata/cmssw/pull/66/files#diff-44bf1efa5552f92ed33644310a0c2869f734254bb98187bbe080f94067819cc8R269
