Clean-up of MEM hypotheses, object inputs #24

MEM now runs on distinct hypotheses based on lepton and W-q multiplicity. Object configuration is done per-config via MEMConfig.b_quark_candidates: function of event -> list of jets assumed to come from H(bb)/g(bb), bs from tops MEMConfig.l_quark_candidates: function of event -> list of jets assumed to come from W hadronic decay
