Hi Joosep,

In our branch I updated the following things:

• added QCD samples to samples_v12
• updated xsec, BR and ngen in samples_base
• updated cfg_FH
• added gc/datasets for QCD and separate submit scripts for FH

For now, I removed the files which I used in the previous version to run on data. The data files I run on don’t contain boosted information. Since you now also merged with Gregor, I would need to make quite a few modification to take out all the things that are not present in my files. I think it is not really worthwhile to do this now and will wait until we have some data processed with V13.

Daniel will take care of the remaining open issues (https://github.com/jpata/tthbb13/issues/43) when he is back from the CERN School.
