cleaned up MEM configurations, added logging #58

I cleaned up the configuration of the MEMs a bit. Now catsToRun is removed and each mem configuration has a maxLJets, maxBJets option which caps the number of jets fed to the MEM. Also added a bunch of logging.

Looks good to me.

The change is fine (as long as we keep the do_calculate requirements)
