Added 'libhidapi-0' for Windows.

Hello, Where do you get your dll? I see it's compiled as libhidapi.dll from https://github.com/signal11/hidapi/blob/a6a622ffb680c55da0de787ff93b80280498330f/windows/Makefile.mingw#L23 . You can always rename the library file and it should work.

Thanks for your reply. Well, I made it using MSYS2/MinGw. Certainly, I can change the name of the library file at any time. I will investigate.
