A couple places (most notably the README) refer to "https://github.com/signal11/hidapi". That's the old version of the library, which hasn't been maintained in many years. "https://github.com/libusb/hidapi" is the current version.
All the URLs I see look like they're in documentation only, so I assume the Racket binding uses whatever library you've got installed (which is almost certainly the new one).
