not clear to press control and command together from tutorial

On page http://www.chromevox.com/tutorial/index.html

It says:

Let's start off with the basic keyboard shortcuts required to read this guide. 
Together the Control and Command keys are known as the ChromeVox keys.  If you 
already know where these keys are located, you can press ChromeVox+Down Arrow 
now to move to the next paragraph.

I didn't realise it meant I was supposed to press Control and Command key at 
the same time. I thought that either one was a ChromeVox key

I expect the instruction to be clearer eg. The ChromeVox key is a combination 
of the Control and Command keys pressed together at the same time.
