What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to the DaaS
2. Upload a database (e.g. Bibliography.accdb - a copy is available from the
VIDaaS SharePoint site), create a Web application, and use it to view the data
3. Attempt to delete a record to which other records are linked (for example,
in the Bibliography.accdb database, attempt to delete a record from tbljournals
- these all have articles records in the table tblarticles associated with
them).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see an error message explaining why this cannot be done (and
what needs to be done to make it possible). Instead, the system crashes.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The version of the DaaS system on Asif's laptop on 30/11/11, via Firefox and
Windows XP.
Please provide any additional information below.
