Users would like to be able to import further data into an existing database #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to the DaaS
2. Upload a database
3. Later on, attempt to upload a second data file (with the same structure, but 
containing new data) to be merged with the first one

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There's currently no way of doing this, other than adding each record 
individually by hand. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The version of the DaaS system on Asif's laptop on 30/11/11, via Firefox and 
Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue was identified during the user observation testing session.
