After deleting a database it still appears in project listing page #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login and navigate to project listing page
2. Delete a database I have already created, eg TestDatabaseB
3. Return to project listing page and create new database with the same name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After deletion I am left at the summary screen for a database that no longer
exists which is confusing. On returning to the project listing page it still
shows the deleted database. If I then create another database with the same
name as the one I have just deleted then they both appear on the project
listing page and I can't tell which is the "real" one. (Screenshot of this
situation attached.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chrome on OSX

Please provide any additional information below.

Recreating a database with the same name is reasonable IMO, a user may do this
if they made a mistake and want to start again with a fresh database where the
database name is already well known/advertised.
