Replace JBoss 5.1 with JBoss 7 #27

The OSS "community" version of jboss we are using rarely gets bugfixes. If you 
want access to patches and improvements you have to get the enterprise version 
or wait for the next release or use their CVS head which is wrong for a whole 
set of other reasons.

We are currently using JBoss 5.1 which was released on 23.5.2009 and has not 
been updated since. Also it is not possible to build it from sources because 
red hat has withdrawn access to the maven repository required to build it.

JBoss community version has fast release cycles and we need to stay on top of

I can build jboss 6 successfully, but that's a waste of time. We really need to 
move to JBoss 7. One of the "new" features in v7 is a highly improved startup 
time which is especially relevant for us to improve startup time of newly 
generated VMs.

I can't build a JBoss 5.1 debian source package because access to the 
dependencies have been withdrawn by red hat.

Also JBoss 5.1 can't be monitored with RHQ I just had to learn the hard way :( 
We really need to kill it.

Seam 2.2 has issues with JBOss 7. JBoss 6 can be a solution but there is not 
enough time to test it right now.

I can't build 5.1 so we need to move to 6 and then 7 when ready.
