What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to DaaS home page, log in, and create a database.
2. Then upload an existing database file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Twice during this process, the user is asked to select a creation date. There's
no obvious reason for two separate dates to be supplied (if these are intended
to serve separate purposes, this needs to be clarified in the on-screen
instructions), and it seems the system ought to be able to generate this
information automatically, rather than relying on the user to complete it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The version of the DaaS system on Asif's laptop on 30/11/11, via Firefox and
Windows XP.
Please provide any additional information below.
