Add .desktop file and icon for OPNplug #24

Here are the .desktop file and icon for OPNplug, as discussed on the AUR page of ADLplug.

Please note that the icon is only a rough version, very quickly mad. It has 140x140 dimension, because that best fitted the dimensions of the "OPL" logo I found in the source. And I picked the background color from the screenshot in the docs, but this has a gradient, so it may be not exactly right.

If you can tell me the hex code for the background color, the font and the colors for the gradient in the logo, I can produce a better version with a higher resolution.

Fine enough, for this plugin I have not made myself the finest piece of art as I'm not particularly good at design but I attempted my best. The other icon, it was @trebmuh who has submitted it in 100x100 dimensions.

And I picked the background color from the screenshot in the docs, but this has a gradient, so it may be not exactly right.

The color was a radial gradient from 0x8b3f4b to 0x602731, with the coordinates x1,y1=150,50 and x2,y2=800,600. x1, y1 must designate the center I think. If you are able to run projucer, the UI is a WYSIWYG in the file main_component.cpp.

For now, this is going to do well. Thank you
