Select multiple taps in tap window #3

Currently there is a rubber band select, but the taps selected need to change their values together.

In addition to moving the selected taps FX value up/down, when clicking on the tap in the delay time bar (bottom of tap window) we should be able to move all selected taps delay time positions as well.
