testing: what happens if we pay someone offline now? #28

Was just going to test this when i got the odd compilation error - the changes you made echos back to the appropriate player when they are paid.. what happens if we pay someone who is not online? that wont cause any issues will it?

well testing it on midspaces non-broken version seems to run just fine..
