probably should make jump on enter hotspot or type /jump first an option #3

At the moment it can be hardcoded to jump on entering a zone or after you type /jump

it should probably be an option (or a flag on each hotspot)

done tho jump on enter seems to cause a bug in the game so is disabled anyway
