Variant - no hud

Need to make a variant with no message pop up that messages at console not in the hud, to prevent conflict with other hud based mods

possibly work out a way to to pop up on entering hotspot instead.

possibly create another lcd type [destination] use the ip and description fields to set behavior like hud pop up window, echo text or insta teleport

This is done, tho the insta teleport logic exists it appears there is a game bug outside of my control preventing such from working, everything else works
