Add per game custom controller config #1297

Quick summary

Some arcade game use a different controller config than ps2 game (like moto gp use left stick for accelerate and right stick for brake)

Issue Details

Actually play purpose to use different profile for controller but you need to change between profiles before launch game. If possible to assign a profile to a specific game for example like Dolphin emulator with a command line like [Controls] %ControllerType% = %ProfileName% Actually when you use play on a TV with a windows resolution higher than 100% the windows controller config is impossible to resized so option in the bottom of the page are inaccessible. The only way to switch profile is to resized the desktop resolution at 100%

To find out, can you accelerate as much as possible with motorcycle or car games? because I don't, the acceleration is insufficient to be playable.

Also regarding MotoGP, the bike always steers to the right.

For me moto gp is perfectly playable with gl (just some graphic glitch), you need to calibrate control the first time in the test menu to have full acceleration. If you can't tell me I share to you my arcadesave file for it. After that you can create a controller profile and use r2 for accelerate and L2 to brake (for this last, need to first attribute at the right stick x axis a keyboard touch and after L2)
