Ridge Racer V arcade are battle controls doesn't work

Describe the ambient being used to run Play! Information needed: -Windows 11 with latest update

When launch game, it reach the menu but control doesn't work. Impossible to access to test menu or add credit

Drag and drop (or link to) videos or images that could help us understand the problem.
