Stuck on "building collection"

Quick summary

When opening the app, it gets stuck on "Building collection." Let it run for 20 minutes but nothing happened.

This is a known issue on jailbroken device, cause due to improper scan. There is a version where this is fixed, see: https://github.com/jpd002/Play-/pull/1337 (scroll down to mention of github action) (download play!.zip, extract then install ipa)
