(Question) What is the up-to-date dependencies list? #1422

The "Downloads" page of the website and the repository README has different dependencies, do you bundled the dependencies from the website?

I've just merged a branch that adds a section that details the dependencies to run on Windows in README: https://github.com/jpd002/Play-?tab=readme-ov-file#running-on-windows.

I probably should update the website too.
