Some interesting developments:

Apparently Jak II was able to go ingame after the merge of the pscoll branch.

However, the merge of the vmap_test branch rebroke it with commit https://github.com/jpd002/Play-/commit/ad46f12. Play! now crashes shortly after attempting to boot the game.
