Known Issues & Notes Able to reach the menus but hanging while trying to create a new profile (can progress into in-game if an external save file is imported)

US version shows something, probably the same for the EU version.

OpenGL : Text isn't rendered, so going through menus is difficult. Character's eyes are not rendered. Vulkan : Everything seems to render fine.

Both renderers run at 2-6FPS in cinematics, and 20-25FPS in menus. Creating a savefile softlocks the game (see screenshot below).

After getting a savefile off the Internet :

OpenGL has a glitched HUD, the shadows are broken, the cars have glitched textures (prominent on tires) and performance is 4-7FPS.

Vulkan runs between 4-12FPS. Car textures are fine. Shadows are also broken.

Both renderers have broken TV screens/ad panels, where they display garbage until the player gets extremely close to them. This bug is also in PCSX2, and doesn't affect gameplay.
