As of 2019-05-11 - https://github.com/jpd002/Play-/commit/0363398a, SLUS-20554P3 (which I'm mostly sure has the exact same disc content as SLUS-20554) fails with a message that SYSTEM.CNF was not found.

This isn't correct, since browsing the disc shows the file exists.

If loaded from an ISO file, the emulator fails to find the layer break and cannot boot the game.
