Vulkan has stalls and slowdowns that OpenGL doesn't have.
OpenGL has texture wrapping issues in dialogs that Vulkan doesn't have. Also many testing or blending issues.
Old or wrong backgrounds during dialogs and some transitions (on the PSP, the game effectively takes a screenshot and uses it for these scenes, likely the same behavior here), no longer static.
Some sprites blink / glitch at weird times.
