you can basically only SEE the descriptive text right now if you are a sighted mouse user. you can hear it with a screen reader. but the descriptive text itself is not keyboard accessible
When Eureka is provided alt text for images, this might be low priority because all the "Plan B" descriptive text does is relay information that is otherwise available.
