This repository is changing ownership from Amazon (github.com/amzn) to myself (github.com/jpeddicord) with permission from Amazon.com.
This issue was created to note that fact publicly, to quell any concerns. I will continue to be the project maintainer on a personal basis, and the project will continue to function normally with regular updates to crates.io.
If any further changes are made to this plan, I'll post them here.
