Github actions are not running: 'Waiting for status to be reported' #60

Hey @jpeddicord, looks like it's related to a branch protection rules: https://github.community/t/expected-waiting-for-status-to-be-reported/16727

Please remove the invalid/outdated status check in the protected branch setting of the repository settings.

They should be available here: https://github.com/jpeddicord/askalono/settings/branches

Well, yes, they are the branch protection rules, but I do want those enforced. They just weren't starting, which is probably my own fault in Actions configuration (they're enabled on branches, but probably not PRs.)
