Add symbol and usage example for commute (removes "duplicate") #11

This potentially gives an answer to #5, however it still needs a more careful look since I removed the reference to "duplicate", as I was unable to find a "duplicate" usage for in the APL Wiki.

While I'm no TeX wizard, this doesn't look right. Doesn't it say that 1-A is the same as 1-⍨A? I think you meant to swap the arguments of one of those.

About "duplicate", I suspect the intended meaning was what APL Wiki calls "Self", i.e. f⍨A is A f A and the term "duplicate" tries to convey that the sole argument is "duplicated" to also become the left argument. A good example is +⍨A meaning 2×A.
