Add feature to show number of players per server #140

Added a feature to display the number of players for each server when using velocity. If you put server names in the "target-servers" entry in the config file, motd will only show player totals for those servers. An empty list shows the total number of players on all servers.

Seems like GitHub didn't like my rebase, the commits from this PR are included in #171
