Feature Request: Update Pl3xMap-SuperVanish with squaremap support #1

If at all possible update the original pl3xmap supervanish addon to work with squaremap. Original addon: https://github.com/pl3xgaming/Pl3xMap-SuperVanish

A nice bonus would be an addon for VanishNoPacket. The original repo for that sadly 404s atm: https://github.com/AAigars/Pl3xMap-VanishNoPacket
