What steps will Reproduce the problem?

1. using timthumb
2. I created an article. After I added a picture with this article thumbnail 
The command
3. but both the article and the picture does not appear on the main page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Thank you I solved the problem. I made the cache folder permissions to 777.

Permissions should never be set anywhere to 777 for anything on a web server. 
What are you guys thinking?
Please provide a different workaround.

I have the exactly same problem - not show images...

even i set to 755 or 777 the "cache" and "timthumb.php" 

any other post i added with pictures, its just how has to be show up.

You can build a security program for your web site's security. Visit 
http://www.websitedefender.com/ address. Not be a problem for you, you are 
given permission. I hope you could help.

eanmaff ... @ gmail.com what your web site's infrastructure. Wordpress or 
Joomla or php. You do not know what I use. Maybe you are used may not support 
the version. Unfortunately, you will not find much help with the information he 
provided.
