Config option for clean cache yes or no? #291

Sometimes timthumb is used within a self containing piece of software that 
takes care of its own cache cleaning.

Because timthumb does its own cache cleaning I'd like to request a config 
option where you can switch off the cache cleaning of timthumb.

hi - thanks for the suggestion.

The latest update solves this issue. Set FILE_CACHE_TIME_BETWEEN_CLEANS to -1 
to disable cache cleaning. Thanks
